T minus one hundred and twenty-five days and counting. I took 2 days off my cross-training schedule to bum about and eat good stuff (ice-cream, chocolates, KFC –LOL!) and tomorrow (or rather, today) I resume my training program. I will actually start running this week, strictly following this or something similar, i.e., if I find a better 1/2 marathon training schedule, I'll go by that one. I think the first step is to get a good night's sleep, no?
