I almost didn't run today — I didn't “feel” like it, fortunately, I got off my bum, and ran. I must maintain my training! After the run, I took some pics of the area (Redondo Beach) again. This time, I used my digital camera and manual SLR. I looked like a bloody tourist on the strand, but I didn't care.
