Ok, I restarted my account with Blockbuster Online. It's like Netflix — where the company rents you the DVDs via an online selection account and there aren't any late fees, and shipping is free. It's not too bad considering that it costs $14.99 a month, up to 3 DVDs out at a time (so if you finish a DVD or two or three, you can return them within the month and get 3 more).
