So my friend Rick decides to get into Badminton… He played on Saturday night and was pwnz0red by this girl he knew from the Philippines — 3-0 >.<
He somewhat convinces me to practice with him, and this morning, we went to the badminton courts in Mar Vista, CA to play. I suxorz in Badminton as I got pwnz0red by him 2-0. Then, these 2 old Asian ladies wanted to play a friendly doubles match… Friendly my arse! They pwnz0red us as well >.< Btw, they were prolly in their late 50's thru mid-60's. How bloody embarrassing!
Anyway, I'll count Badminton as one of my cross training activities, in-between running races. It's a great way to stay in shape (IMHO) and I'm hoping for a rematch with those ladies. I just don't know why there aren't any non-membership Badminton courts in the South Bay! Ugh.
