Notes:
My second long run and boy was I tired. 2 miles into the run, I didn't feel like continuing and wanted to turn back, but I walked about (for about 2 to 3 minutes) and then ran the rest of the way… Until I hit the first hill coming back. Yes, the course was quite hilly. It was a great challenging run, despite dipping down to a slower pace. I cheated a bit, too, since I didn''t do my 3 mile run on Thursday. Had I done that run, I'm guessing I would've been better off this morning. Oh well. Live and learn. Tomorrow, rest day! Phew!
