Notes:
Burned a mere 449 calories during this daunting run; This is the first run I've done in months and now I'm scared for my half-marathon next week. I'm literally going to cram my training within this week, else suffer for 13.1 miles! WHAT THE HECH WAS I THINKIN' NOT TRAINING?! Anyway, I'm hoping to run a steady 5 miles tomorroz and then 8 miles on Thursday. Friday and Saturday are rest days as Sunday is race day. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!!
