Long Run Training: 10 miles

Notes:
With only 411 calories burned, this was one of my most pathetic runs evar! I was lazy, and basically ran/walk (or rather, walked) the entire distance. I was supposed to do 10 miles but couldn't push myself far enough. My shoes were also new so I had to break them in and naturally, they hurt my feet. So yah, everything pretty much went wrong except for the loverly weather. Yes, the weather down at Hermosa Beach was glorious! Anyway, I really have to get serious about training — next week, my long run is 7 miles and the week after, 12 miles. I really gotta do that 7-miler so that I can run the dozen in a fortnight.
