Training Run: 5 miles

Notes:
Kudos to Irene for motivating me to run! YAY. I actually followed the schedule and ran as, well, scheduled! 5 miles! Tomorrow, 10 but I think I'm going to split it up! My pace is getting better, too: 12:42 m/m and less walking! Odd how I only burned 447 calories, but I'll take it!
