Training Run: 10 miles

Notes:
I was worried that the weather would be hot this morning and I was soooo relieved that it was only partly sunny and the ocean mist kept me cool. It was also a bit breezy which was much appreciated! I think I did better this morning because the music was blasting in my headphones, as opposed to the "light background" volume level I normally put it on. The pace was an easy 12:35 m/m and burned more calories today: 504 calories. In a few moments, I'm going to step on the elliptical and run the other 5 miles! YAY! I need to… I had two chili dogs for lunch >_<

Addendum:

OK, so I got to do 5 miles on the elliptical; only, I'm not too sure if I did 5 miles. I don't actually have an accurate way of determining how far I've gone (it's a cheap machine) but I did have a pedometer on me! LOL. Anyway, it took 55 minutes, and it wasn't a bad workout! I don't feel too guilty eating the yummy chili dogs (and did I mention I had it with fries and orange Fanta?) Ahhhh… Delicious!

Tomorrow, 5 miles and then rest on Friday. YAY!
