I'm soooooo out of shape! I haven't done much physical exercise in the past few weeks. Yesterday, I decided to go to the driving range in Wilmington to hit a good number of golf balls. Anyway, I thought I was doing well despite not playing for 2 years; I hardly skulled the balls now because my clubs were fit for my height and I looked up a couple of golf lessons online to refresh myself on the basics…
Anyway, we have a 10:30AM tee time at the Lakes this morning and… well, when I got up at 7 today, I was feeling it! My back was sore, my arms are sore… AHHHHHH. I knew I should've lifted my dumbbells this week. I guess a hot shower and some Kool 'n' Fit will help, this morning. >_<
So yah, I've really got to do some more exercise, even if just 30 minutes a day… I don't want to be this sore when I go snowboarding in a few weeks!
