Anyway, since my last post I have not done any of my runs. Iono what's going on; I just don't feel like waking up at 6AM to do my long runs anymore. Ugh. I have to run, though… I have to train! Eep.
Oh, did I mention that I think I'm falling ill again? I can blame my sis and li'l bro on this one. I told both that they fell ill cos of the weird weather change (cool, hot then cool again). That and they must have picked up a virus at work and school, respectively. I know it is coming cos of the slight tingly feeling in my throat. Here's to my old friends, NyQuil and DayQuil. >_<
