Cross-Training (30 minutes)

More cross training this week. This time, I dusted (or more of wiped down) the elliptical and went for an easy to medium resistance ‘walk’. I knew it was kinda easy when it took me 15 minutes to finally get a sweat going and another 5 minutes after that to finally feel the burn on my thighs. I was careful not to hurt my calf so the soles of my shoes remained firmly flat on the elliptical’s steps.

Tomorrow, I’ll try to get back to the pool for more lap swimming but it’ll be tough as my schedule gets crazy over the next few days. We shall see… I need to do something before my big 20-miler on Saturday. It’s the moment of truth! If I can get through that 20 miles without pain in my calf, my next worry will just be finishing the Hard Corps marathon in under 6 hours. LOL. Easy, eh? >_<
