Training Run: 3 miles

I didn’t like how I felt and actually didn’t feel like running at all. The run itself was laborious and my calf started acting up after the first mile! I was supposed to do 4 miles too but decided that 3 is ok and needed to ‘reserve’ my legs for this weekend’s longer run. Ugh. I should’ve gone swimming instead.

Oh, I forget to start my Garmin! Hahaha. So only have Nike+ reporting:
