Cross-Training (30 minutes)

Notes:
Swimming last night was a bit better than my 2-mile run. It was busy at the pool again but at least the lane I joined was manageable. I think I’m improving, as far as my freestyle stroke goes (i.e., breathing has gotten better) so if I really want to do a triathlon, I’m sort of on schedule. 🙂 This is my last “real” training before the SD marathon. On Saturday, I need a 2-mile run but I doubt I’d be able to run that… Well, I’ll do my best to do it. ^_^
