Barefoot Training: 5 miles

This has been my longest barefoot run evar and I feel no pain in my right arch! wOOtness. Of course, my right calf is already feeling kinda tight, but I’m rolling The Stick on it and it feels gooooood.

The run itself was not too bad; though, I have to admit that I nearly wanted to give up at like, 1.55 miles into the run! LOL. Had it not been for a curious stranger who approached and ran with me for like, a quarter mile, I probably would’ve stopped.

She just asked about the kind of shoes I wore which then led me to go into the whole schpeal about barefoot training. I guess I bored the crap outta her as she thanked me then left me in her dust! Hahaha. Iono if she’ll end up getting the Vibram Five Fingers. O_o
