Finally got my training plan, courtesy of Hal Higdon! I wish I knew Hal but for now, I shall pretend he’s an old friend who let me copy his training timetable (though I really just got it off his website… w00t! thanks again, Hal!).
Oh, you may notice that there may be one-too-many items listed on a day, that’s cos my Virtual Training Bestie and I are back at it! We’ll keep each other inline with our training… so here’s to Sheryl’s half-marathon, my super-sprint tri and half-marathon, and everything else in-between training!
