It was an awesome morning with friends because after nearly half a year, I finally got my rucksack back on and joined @vegasstrongruckers on a #ruckclubcallout called Donut Ruck. And yes, there were doughnuts in the end (sadly, no video of me consuming it). @millionburpee programmed an awesome workout which everyone did before heading off on our ruck.Sterling did well and earned his 3rd patch in his 4th ever Ruck.
