Notes:
After a week of recovery walk and swim, getting back to running wasn’t too bad! My calves felt somewhat tight in the beginning but that dissipated after the first quarter mile. It was also rather warm today so I was glad I wore a short-sleeved shirt and sleeveless compression shirt… I was going to wear my “Heatgear” long-sleeve compression shirt (it would’ve been perfect for days like this) but I haven’t washed it yet! LOL. I’m going a load of running clothes today so it’ll be ready for my 8 miler next week. ^_^
