Cross-Training (40 minutes)

Notes:
Went lap swimming. Here’s the workout breakdown: 100m freestyle; 100m kickboard; 100m breaststroke; 100m freestyle; 100m kickboard; 50m freestyle; 50m breaststroke… At least, I think that’s what I did! LOL. I really should just bring a sheet of paper with me and post it by the pool so that for each lap, I can check off that column! Hahaha. I do have a waterproof pen… Hmmmm. Idea. 😉

Oh, I missed my 6-miler yesterday. Too much stuff going on and didn’t have a chance to go out for a run. Ugh. I’ll probably suffer this weekend (I’m doing 14 miles) but whateves, it’s my last long run before the marathon! AHHHH. At least Sheryl is doing better than me! YOU GO GIRL! See ya at SD. ^_^
