Oh yeah — someone (c’est moi!) completed all 3 drills today, and then some! 🙂

10×25 Thumb-to-Thigh / 15 seconds rest-in-between
10×25 Touch-and-Go / 15
10×25 Closed Fist / 15

50m Right side flutter kicks
50m Left side flutter kicks

25 Cool down, breast stroke

This makes me feel a bit better than yesterday (I skipped all my workouts!) and am (sorta) looking forward to my 20-miler this weekend… in preparation for the LA Marathon!. ^_^
