Healthy eating FAIL.

Ok, I think I’m going to have to deal with eating unhealthy food and just balance it out with healthy food (i.e., more whole grains, fruits and veggies). Totally removing the stuff I shouldn’t eat isn’t working as I seem to “relapse” every other day.

I purposely did not do a weekend food recap on Monday cos I was still eating unhealthy stuff from Monday thru today! LOL. So yeah, my food recaps might be more like, weekly food recaps >_<

The more I deny myself the pizza, chicken tenders, bacon, fatty ribeye (and so on), the more I tend to eat it more. So I’ll just continue eating it (in moderation) and then still incorporate the brown rice, whole grains, and lean meats, fruits and veggies in my diet, somehow.

If my metabolism weren’t as screwy (and didn’t have a genetic disposition to diabetes), I wouldn’t even be worrying about what I eat.

p.s.,
I woke up around 4am to an earthquake. Apparently, it was a 4.4 magnitude one, centred in Pico Rivera. I didn’t even leave the bed, just made sure the shaking stopped and went right back to sleep. LOL.
