I was running late for my lunchtime swim and rather than miss it, I braved the winds and made it to the pool. Because I only had a limited amount of time before the place closed, I managed to do my regular warm up and cool down (100m and 50m, respectively) and did one drill — 5x50m Sighting. Not too bad! Oh, I felt like I had better rhythm when I incorporated my sighting (every other stroke) but then again, I could see where I was going in the first place, so that’s probably why I kept calm the entire time. 🙂
In other news, I finally have my gear page up! It only took me like, a few months to finally decide on a format (listed, rather than in prose) and because I hardly have any product reviews at the moment, I put short tooltip notes. You’ll notice, though that the notes are mostly on the retired products. Also, that list will eventually grow (unfortunately for my pocketbook!) and I hope that you find some use in it, if not to make fun of my purchase decisions (since some of them were definitely impulse buys! Darn race expos!) Hehehe.
