I haven't ran in a week (zero, zilch, nada miles); I've pretty much took a 1 week holiday from running. So, what do I plan to do today at 3:30PM? Run 8 miles. Yep, 8-bloody-miles. I won't run by myself, though — I'm running with my friend, Maureen (we're both training for the Chicago Marathon — my sis and I recruited her, actually, to run the marathon with us). In any case, I better start stretching right now 'cuz I know I may not survive this… Ok, not really, but still.
