I really need to remember that quote when driving in traffic. I really don't understand it. If people are driving a constant speed, and if they don't bother switching lanes every 5 minutes or so, traffic would move so much more smoothly regardless of the number of cars on the road… That's my theory anyway. Sorry, that's all I can talk about tonight as it has been a lingering thought! >.<
