Long Run Training: 13 miles

Notes:
I did not do 13 miles (as you can see above, I only ran 10 miles). I kinda mentally gave up after seeing that I already had 10 miles under my belt. Of course, I should've gone farther as in a fortnight, I have to run 15 miles. I somehow am able to unpsych myself from going the distance (pun intended). Anyway, my average pace was 13:47/mile and I burned about 931 calories. Ack.
