Long Run Training: 5 miles

Notes:
Oh boy. What can I say — I was supposed to run 12 miles today and I ended up doing 5. I think I ate too much (yummy) Chinese food the day before and skipped supper. The weather was quite humid as well and I just did not have the energy to continue. My pace? A crawling 12:56 minutes/mile and I burned about 549 calories.
