Notes:
A very “laid back” run — average pace was 12:59 and I got to “burn” 1,420 calories. I was actually running at a 10:30/11 minute pace for the first 4 or so miles, then slowed down to 11:30/12 and then towards the end, probably went at about 13 minutes per mile. I didn't really feel anything wrong but there were times where I got “bored” and just walked. I didn't really do the 'sprints' as I did during my previous long run, too. I should have, though — it probably would've kept me on my toes (literally!) Oh yah, my knees started to hurt a bit but I thought it was because I was running too slow — when I sped up, it felt better. Overall, I don't feel too tired cos I didn't push myself enough but I did accomplish my training for this weekend. Next weekend, I have to do 16 miles, which means, I really gotta run 8 miles sometime this week. (lol d
