Long Run Training: 7 miles

Notes:
The run wasn't too bad — I brought my iPod with me again, too. I didn't feel any pains with my knees or the base of my feet. I'm going to try getting a pair of insoles, though (with arch support), to replace the stock insoles of my shoe. It was a fairly easy run and as you can tell, I certainly took my time. Average pace was about 12:12. Many thanks to Robb for making breakfast for us (my sis, his GF Irene and me)! Mmmm… “The Hawaiian Murphy Special!” Next week is my first “really big” run (12 miles). I'll have to make sure I recharge my watch and iPod! LOL. Oh yah, and I'll begin training with my Clif Gummies!
