Notes:
Spent an early evening playing tennis today. It was ok, but I felt a bit lethargic. I was just getting frustrated with my shots (not as good as they were years ago). You might also have noticed that I haven't been doing my weekday runs. I've been extremely lazy this summer! Eating too much and not exercising enough. I'm going on my scheduled 13 mile run tomorrow but I have a feeling I'll only be running 6 (if I'm lucky).
