Notes:
The run was fine until after the 5th mile when I started getting stomach cramps. I think it had something to do with the breakfast bar I ate earlier this morning. That's what pretty much kept me back — I ran fairly close to pace up to the 8th mile and from there, I just slowed down. I guess I'm doing better than I should considering that I haven't trained regularly and my last run was on Tuesday… I really have to resume my training schedule!
