Surprised with 10:11 my pace? So am I. Seems like I'm getting faster every evening (by a few milliseconds anyway). Don't get me wrong, I'm ecstatic about the improvement, but somehow, I know why I ran faster; I got lost >.< The run itself turned out to be great, I didn't even notice that I was running faster than what I'm used to or maybe I'm just getting used to it? Anyway, I was more concerned about where I was heading, rather than how fast I've gone; I got lost (at least for .32 miles!), so I wanted to find my way back as fast as I could (being the paranoid runner that I am). It's a long story how I got lost on the course, but the good news is, my body can take the speedy pace. Another 3 miles tomorrow, but I'm not sure when I can run it; Maybe I'll move it to Friday...
