Notes:
Ok, whatever momentum I had last week carried over the first 12 to 13 miles of my long run training and then diminished soon after! I seriously struggled the last 6 miles of this training run and opted to walk/shuffle through the end. It was a rather pathetic effort one which did not warrant the delicious bratwurst I had after the run! LMFAO.
My mind (and jiggly tummy lol) gave up, despite my legs and arms still feeling strong. Since I walked at the end, I once again got these blisters — not “Run Fat Boy Run” sized but they were painful enough and caused me to limp. 🙁 I definitely have to do better next week — the 20-miler! >_<
